In terms of construction, the E-Luna features a dual tubular high-strength steel chassis, designed to handle payloads up to 150 kilograms. It includes a removable rear seat, adding flexibility for both personal and commercial use. Powering the moped is a 2kWh lithium-ion battery pack that delivers a claimed range of 110 kilometers on a single charge. Depending on user needs, battery options go up to 3kWh, which can offer up to 150 kilometers of range. The moped supports both fast charging and swappable batteries, enhancing its usability for daily use.

Riding performance is supported by telescopic front suspension and 16-inch wire-spoked wheels, making the vehicle stable even on rough roads. The E-Luna runs on a 2.2kW BLDC hub motor, capable of reaching a top speed of 50 km/h. The motor, battery, and controller are all IP67-rated, ensuring resistance to dust and water splashes. The vehicle comes equipped with a digital instrument console that displays real-time distance-to-empty (DTE) data. Additional features include combi-braking, a USB charging port, a side-stand sensor, and a saree guard for safety. Riders also get the benefit of choosing between three different riding modes depending on their requirement.
